On June 21st, Chairman and General Manager Cheng Jianliang held a safety and quality work meeting for the installation of 16000 tons/year PA66 thickening spinning thread. Relevant personnel from Lida Business Unit, Safety Emergency Department, Logistics Management Department, General Manager's Office, etc. attended the meeting.
Mr. Cheng emphasized that this installation is the final battle for Lida region. While ensuring normal production, the workload is large and the task is arduous. Therefore, he mainly raised several requirements for the safety and quality of the installation:
1、 Safety: The Safety Emergency Department should prepare safety records with the superior management department in advance. Before construction, a safety agreement should be signed with the outsourcing company, and comprehensive safety training should be conducted for external installation personnel to inform them of risk points. Emphasis should be placed on strengthening education on risk points such as climbing, lifting, object strikes, hole prevention, and welding operations, emphasizing the use of protective measures such as helmets, safety belts, lifelines, and protective nets. During the construction process, daily inspections should be carried out, safety zones for lifting should be designated and fenced off, and corresponding protection measures should be strictly implemented for each risk operation. The Safety Emergency Department should strengthen inspections and supervision, and the on-site supervision of Lida Business Unit should be fully managed by the safety officer. Any violations of regulations should be promptly stopped and rectified, and education should be strengthened. We hope everyone can work together to ensure the safety, smoothness, and efficiency of the project.
2、 Installation quality: It is necessary to strengthen inspections to ensure that the materials used are consistent with the design, the construction is consistent with the design drawings, and the tensile strength of the support is very important. If necessary, a third party should be invited to test the tensile strength. At the same time, track the installation quality of the nylon 66 thickening device. When installing the 66 spinning thread, the on-site person in charge should monitor the installation quality of the melt pipeline, carefully inspect the docking and welding quality of the melt pipeline, and do a good job in pressure vessel pipeline approval and testing.
While ensuring normal production, we should not only focus on the schedule and strive to start debugging production by the end of September, but also pay attention to safety and installation quality. This installation is led by Qian Zhiqiang, Vice General Manager and General Manager of Lida Business Unit, with assistance from Qian Zhengliang, Vice General Manager of Lida Business Unit. After the meeting, the business unit will carry out specific internal division of labor and implement the work. The Safety Emergency Department shall implement safety agreement signing, training, safety helmet inspection and other work, cooperate with supply and logistics, sign accommodation safety agreements with external installation personnel, and strictly manage external installation personnel with the security guard. In short, we must attach great importance to the final installation battle in the Lida area to ensure the smooth and seamless progress of the project.
