At the meeting, Cheng summarized the risks associated with the installation of nylon equipment and thickening lines on Line 4 and put forward a series of clear requirements, as follows:
On July 31st, Changshu Polyester Co., Ltd. organized relevant personnel to participate in the online training on the interpretation of key clauses of the general industrial solid waste standardized environmental management policy conducted by Jiangsu Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The training focused on an in-depth interpretation of the policy documents for standardized management of general industrial solid waste, providing a detailed introduction to the application guidelines for collection and utilization of disposal units, and systematically explaining the operation process of the provincial management system for general industrial solid waste. This provided strong guidance for relevant personnel to better grasp policy requirements and standardize daily management work.
To deepen the "Safety Production Month" activity, Changshu Polyester has launched the "6S" management evaluation activity. In June, the company's evaluation leadership group conducted three inspections on the implementation of "6S" in two business units. On June 30th, the evaluation leadership group held a meeting to summarize and evaluate the on-site management based on the on-site inspection results, combined with the working environment and difficulty level of each workshop to increase or decrease the evaluation weight coefficient.
This June is the 22nd "Safety Production Month" nationwide. To learn from the experience and lessons of the "6.24" fire accident in 1988, and to strengthen fire safety management, enhance employees' awareness of fire safety and their ability to deal with fires, and build a strong "firewall" for the company. On June 24th, Changshu Polyester organized a fire drill for new employees and a fire competition for old employees.
On June 21st, Chairman and General Manager Cheng Jianliang held a safety and quality work meeting for the installation of 16000 tons/year PA66 thickening spinning thread. Relevant personnel from Lida Business Unit, Safety Emergency Department, Logistics Management Department, General Manager's Office, etc. attended the meeting.
