On February 26th, Changshu Polyester held two batches of 2026 resumption of work safety education and signing of safety responsibility agreements, fully deploying post holiday resumption of work and production safety work. Chairman and General Manager Cheng Jianliang presided over the meeting and gave a special lecture on macro safety knowledge. Gu Hongda, General Manager of the Polyester Business Unit, and Qian Zhiqiang, General Manager of the Lida Business Unit, analyzed the current safety situation and clarified annual work tasks based on the actual situation of each business unit. All employees of the business unit, members of the safety committee, and relevant personnel from functional departments attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Cheng systematically explained the core logic of safety production from a macro perspective, clearly stating that "zero accidents" are the goal of enterprise safety production, and requiring all employees to adhere to the purpose of "safety first, prevention oriented, and comprehensive management" and the "four no harm" principle, internalizing safety concepts in their hearts and externalizing them in their actions. He pointed out the evolution law of accidents caused by the superposition of factors, requiring all personnel to cut off the chain of risk superposition and ensure safety for everyone, everywhere, at all times, and in everything. Based on the 42 years of accumulated experience in safety management and the 30 years of statistical data on safety accidents in Suzhou, it is pointed out that fire prevention is the top priority for enterprise safety production, and requirements are put forward for the "six prevention" work. He emphasized that each employee is not only the first person responsible for their own safety, but also the safety supervisor of their colleagues.

Subsequently, the general managers of the two business units led everyone to review the lessons learned from past accident cases, and made specific arrangements for the adjustment of employee status, safety training, strengthening job safety responsibilities, comprehensive investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, implementation of the "six prevention" work requirements, and promotion of the normalization of 6S management after resuming work.
At the meeting, the general managers of two business units signed safety responsibility agreements with the heads of their respective business units.
