In order to effectively ensure the safety and stability of production and operation during the National Day and Mid Autumn Festival holidays, and create a safe and peaceful festive atmosphere, on September 24th, Chairman and General Manager Cheng Jianliang led relevant personnel to conduct in-depth safety inspections of the new and old factory areas in groups.
This inspection focuses on the factory area, workshop, power distribution, warehouse and other areas, comprehensively investigates risks and hidden dangers, confirms the operation status of equipment, the equipment and integrity of fire safety facilities, whether material stacking meets safety standards, whether pipeline lines are intact, whether all area markings are clear, and whether the fire exits in the factory area are unobstructed one by one. A total of 17 hidden dangers were found.
After the inspection is completed, the inspection team will register each identified safety hazard one by one, clarify the responsible party for hazard rectification, rectification measures, and completion time limit, and require relevant responsible parties to complete the rectification before the holiday to ensure "zero hazards and zero accidents" in enterprise safety production.
