The report reviewed and summarized the production status, safety and fire protection work status, environmental protection and occupational health protection work status, quality and performance evaluation status, business management status, technological innovation and new product development status, internal management status, and project implementation status for the year 2024. Several requirements were put forward for the goals and specific work in 2025
One is to complete the expansion and technological transformation goals on time. The second is to focus on increasing production and adjusting variety structure, further expanding the market to ensure full capacity production. The third is to consolidate and deepen school enterprise cooperation, target the product direction that will support the company's development in the next five years, deepen research and development cooperation, and reserve high-performance products. The fourth is to further deepen safety production and fire management, and build a solid defense line for safe development. The fifth is to further enhance the level of environmental protection and occupational health protection. Sixth, we need to deepen the management of production sites, solve problems, and eliminate blockages, ensuring process quality with excellent work quality and product quality with excellent process quality. Seventh, we need to optimize process technology and equipment, lay out AI intelligent pilot projects, make every effort to reduce material and unit energy consumption, and improve the intrinsic quality of products.
