In order to further consolidate the safety foundation of frontline operations, comprehensively enhance employees' risk identification, standardized operations, and emergency self rescue capabilities, and prevent high-frequency accidents such as confined spaces, hazardous chemicals, and electrical operations, on July 11th, Mr. Ding Chaoping from Changshu Safety Production Association came to the factory to conduct safety training. All employees involved in electrical operations, laboratory operations involving hazardous chemicals, and confined space operations, as well as personnel above the section chief level, participated in this training.

Before the training began, Mr. Cheng conducted warning education on safety production, requiring all personnel to take the case as a warning and draw lessons from various industry accidents. He combined the Hain's Law with the 28 person fire accident at the shoe factory in Chendai Town, Fujian, to warn everyone to eliminate complacency and not rely on experience to carry out operations. In response to high-risk special operations such as confined spaces and live electricity, Mr. Cheng emphasized the need to implement a system of certified employment and dual person supervision. Taking the case of three deaths in confined space operations in the printing and dyeing industry in Changshu as an example, he demanded that everyone respect life and strictly follow the regulations for operation. For key areas such as special operations, fire prevention, and high-altitude climbing that are prone to serious injury accidents, combined with the company's past safety accident cases, it is required to implement practical and detailed on-site operation supervision. Require regular safety education for all employees, ensuring that safety is emphasized at all times, in every situation, and everywhere, and that everyone is aware of safety, in order to comprehensively build a strong safety defense line.

1. Safety in confined space operations

Remember to ventilate first, then test, and then start working. Ventilate for at least 30 minutes, ensure that the gas meets the standard, hold a certificate, and have a dedicated person supervise before starting work. Blind rescue is strictly prohibited.

2. Management of hazardous chemicals

Read the MSDS manual thoroughly before homework, classify and store hazardous chemicals separately, and wear protective equipment in a standardized manner throughout the entire process; Evacuate, control sources, and dispose of leaks as soon as possible.

3. Prevention and first aid of electrical accidents

Implement one machine, one switch, one leakage, and one box to prevent unauthorized connections and damaged wiring; Cut off the power before rescue for electric shock, and do not touch the injured person with bare hands; The injured person is unconscious and not breathing. Immediately perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and simultaneously call 120.

4. Use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and AED

Master the golden 4-minute rescue method for sudden cardiac arrest, follow the process of chest compressions (C) - airway opening (A) - artificial respiration (B) and continue the operation until professional personnel arrive.

Safety is the prerequisite for all work. In the future, the company will continue to carry out safety training, guide all employees to consciously regulate their operations, and continuously consolidate the foundation of enterprise safety production.
