1、 Gloss and Appearance (Core Features)
Semi matte texture: Add 0.3%~0.5% titanium dioxide (TiO ₂) as a matting agent during spinning. The fiber surface is slightly rough, with diffuse reflection of light and a small amount of specular reflection. The luster is soft and natural, not dazzling, and not dull.
Between glossy and fully matte: low-key compared to glossy polyester, cleaner, brighter, and more textured than fully matte, close to the matte feel of natural cotton and linen but with a delicate silky finish.
Long filament form: Continuous smooth filament, uniform dryness, no fuzz, smooth surface, smooth and delicate fabric surface, no graininess.
Dyeing effect: uniform coloring, bright and soft color light, moderate brightness, not easy to turn gray or too bright.
2、 Physical and oral performance
1. Strength and durability (natural polyester color)
High strength and high modulus: The breaking strength is about 1 time higher than cotton and 3 times higher than wool.
Excellent wear resistance: second only to nylon in synthetic fibers, it is durable, anti pilling, and not easily worn.
Size stability: extremely low shrinkage rate (<1%), deformation resistance, no ironing after washing, and strong wrinkle resistance.
2. Texture and Comfort (Blended Advantage)
Texture: Smooth and soft, with good drape, combining the smoothness of long fibers with the fluffiness/stickiness of blended fibers (such as polyester cotton, polyester viscose, polyester wool).
Moisture absorption and breathability: pure polyester has a moisture regain of only 0.4%; After blending (such as with cotton, viscose, or modal blend), moisture absorption and sweat wicking are improved, stuffiness is reduced, and static electricity is lowered.
Elasticity and recovery: The elasticity is close to wool, with wrinkle resistance and shape preservation, and is not easy to leave creases.
3. Easy care and stability
Quick drying, easy to wash, and iron free: dries quickly after washing, is not easily wrinkled, and does not require frequent ironing.
Light resistant, heat-resistant, and chemical resistant: resistant to sunlight, bleach, acid and alkali, mold and moth.
High color fastness: Dispersed dye dyeing+semi matte substrate, not easy to fade, not easy to stain, and looks like new after long-term washing.

Polyester cotton blend (T/C): Strong cotton feel, moisture absorption and breathability, skin friendly, high cost-effectiveness, retaining polyester strength and wrinkle resistance.
Polyester viscose (polyester synthetic cotton): better drape, more sticky feel, silk/wool like, soft luster, moderate price.
Polyester wool/polyester wool adhesive: imitation wool, suit fabric, crisp, wrinkle resistant, warm, and reduces the cost of pure wool.
Polyester ammonia (core/mixed fiber): high elasticity, tight fitting, sports fabric, good rebound, close fitting without tightness.
