The physical indicators of High Tenacity Semi Dull Nylon 66 Filament Yarn are generally divided into five categories: specification indicators, mechanical performance indicators, thermal shrinkage and dimensional stability indicators, processing technology indicators, appearance and extinction characteristics indicators. These various indicators are mutually constrained and jointly determine the weaving performance of the raw silk and the quality of the final product. They are suitable for scenarios such as webbing, safety nets, industrial sewing threads, and flexible composite materials.

1、 Specification indicators

Including nominal line density, fineness deviation, fineness coefficient of variation, and number of single filaments, to control the consistency of filament thickness and avoid the occurrence of thinning and dyeing streaks during weaving.

2、 Mechanical performance indicators (core assessment items for high-strength fibers)

Including fracture strength, fracture elongation, coefficient of variation of strength, coefficient of variation of elongation, nodule strength, and constant load elongation; The primary indicators of industrial load-bearing products are their bearing capacity, toughness, impact resistance, and creep resistance under long-term stress.

3、 Thermal shrinkage and dimensional stability indicators

Including boiling water shrinkage rate and dry heat shrinkage rate; Guide downstream weaving, dyeing and finishing, heat setting process parameters, and control post production shrinkage deformation of finished products.

4、 Processing adaptation indicators

Including oil content, water content, network degree, and friction coefficient; Improve static electricity, fuzzing, and yarn separation issues in high-speed production to ensure smooth warp and weaving processes.

5、 Appearance and semi extinction exclusive indicators

Including unevenness in texture, condition of fibers, uniformity of extinction, titanium dioxide content, crystal and white spot defects; Control the consistency of gloss, prevent light and dark stripes and local color differences on the fabric surface, and provide a foundation for the uniformity of subsequent dyeing.
